Men's Sexual health & chronic Longer - Psychology, Food, and How Men Can Last Longer in Bed

Men's Sexual health & chronic Longer - Psychology, Food, and How Men Can Last Longer in Bed

When it comes to chronic longer in bed for Men, it's leading to consider the whole package. Think of yourself as a finely tuned athlete. Definite me if I'm wrong, but a finely tuned athlete is the "whole package". He's/she's fit and they train specifically for their event, they are rigorous what they put in their body, and they are Mentally ready for the challenges they must endure to be a success.

It should be the same when you consider men's sexual health. We should think of ourselves as finely tuned athletes (especially if we want to be the best in the game).

Let's talk about Food first. Understand that no Food or combination of Foods will solve a question relating to premature ejaculation all by itself. Think of it like this. If an aspiring Olympic swimmer just ate the excellent diet, but did not train physically and mentally would he enjoy success in the pool? No way! It's the same with men's sexual health. It's the whole package. Here are a incorporate of Food/natural supplement tips:

--Guys that are prone to premature ejaculation may advanTAGe from the use of the Californian flower essence Hibiscus, suggests a southern California doctor. Tension and lack of emotional association are coarse reasons a man has sexual problems. The Hibiscus is said to relax the man and help restore his warmth to the sexual relationship.

-- Blueberries are a sexual super-food often referred to as 'nature's little blue pill' because of its superior similarities to the wonder drug 'Viagra'. However, unlike 'Viagra', blueberries are cheap, no ifs ands or buts ready and able to be consumed in bulk. The good thing about blueberries in regards to your sexual condition lies in what they contain. First, they are packed with soluble fiber, which helps push excess cholesterol through your digestive law before it can be broken down, absorbed, and deposited in your arteries. Blueberries are also high in compounds that help relax your blood vessels and improve circulation throughout your body. An extra advanTAGe (aside from the obvious) lower cholesterol and improved blood flow is more blood to you penis while intercourse and firmer erections as you get older.

Regarding the psychology behind chronic longer in bed and sexual condition for men, this is one of the biggest deterrents to chronic like a marathon man in bed. Because of the taboo or embarrassment associated with masturbating, guys often learn to get it done Fast to avoid being caught. This is the leading cause of premature ejaculation. We're learned to be in a hurry. We naturally need to convert some of our plan patterns and supervene a well formatted sexual condition exercise program.

The tough thing about studying to be a sexual athlete is that we don't have coaches. We no ifs ands or buts just need to go it alone. Do we no ifs ands or buts need to go it alone? Granted, there are not many coaches like a baseball player or a swimmer might have. There are, however, some good resources that you can discreetly download online that will coach you all the way to your optimal sexual condition level (physically, mentally, and nutritionally). Just be willing to be coached and stick to the program and you will find success guaranteed.

Face-to-Face communication - Old Fashioned? Not!

Face-to-Face communication - Old Fashioned? Not!

It's predicted how dependent we've become as a society on electronic transportation devices! E-mail, text messaging, Pda's, cell phones, video conferencing, blackberries, blueberries, rasberries, and more...have taken the place of good old fashioned, face-to-face transportation prominent to many interpersonal difficulties and miscommunications in today's workplace.

You may be thinking...Why enhance my interpersonal skills when most businesses do 99% of transportation by telephone, teleconferencing, videoconferencing, e-mail, and on rare occasions, snail mail. A beloved way of reasoning today...but, is it of course the definite way? "Face-to-face transportation remains the most noteworthy human interaction," says Kathleen Begley, Ed.D., author of Face-to-Face Communication, manufacture Human Connections in a Technology-Driven World. "As phenoMenal as electronic devices are, they can never fully replace the intimacy and immediacy of citizen conversing in the same room and it has worked for millions of years."

In business, we talk about "B2B" (business to business) and "B2C" (business to consumer) methods. I try to buck the trend (in a unavoidable way!) to stress the point of face-to-face communication. You'll hear me talk a lot about the "P2P" (people-to-people) connections and how prominent it is to get beyond technology and talk face-to-face with friends, family, colleagues, customers, vendors, and the like. You may think that's a bit old-fashioned, but in my opinion, there is no substitution for the human, up-close and personal contact. Don't get me wrong, there is a place for the terrifying technology tools we have today and I use it regularly, but it's not all the time my first or best choice.

Several decades ago, John Naisbitt, in his mega 1960's best-seller, Megatrends: Ten New Directions Transforming Our Lives, brought a new conception to the forefront called "high tech, high touch." His idea was that "as human beings became capable of anonymous electronic communication, they would concurrently need more close-up personal interaction." Seems to me that he was right on target!

We live in a society when flocking to the local coffee shop or diner for coffee chats with firm company or friends is a testimony to our need for human togetherness, especially when most coffee lovers can make a latte or cappuccino right in their homes. Think about the fortunes coffee establishMents are manufacture on our need for face-to-face communication! The people-to-people connections...

We hear of the many children (and adults) who spend countless hours alone playing video games. However, The Game Manufacturing connection reported in 2003 that house board game sales (like Monopoly and Scrabble) are booming and growing at 20% per year. Cranium has recently come out with a whole new line of board games for our "little people" (ages 3+). The people-to-people connections start at an early age - if you haven't heard it, ask me to tell you my "Papa Zitto" story!

Even when disaster strikes and the news media bring these events into our homes and workplaces via Tv, radio and the Internet, we seek out opportunities to share grief. I personally waited in line for almost three hours with hundreds of others to visit Ground Zero in New York when it opened to the collective in December 2001. Many citizen also left makeshift shrines colse to to honor the victims of that tragedy. The people-to-people connections...

We lead hectic, multi-tasking lives both at home and in the workplace these days and we find the need for equilibrium even more primary than in days gone by. We understand that technology can be impersonal, but it's quick! We know we need to make time for more people-to-people connections but, the reality of the hectic pace doesn't leave us much time for this more intimate form of communication. You may be thinking, isn't it much Faster to make a quick phone call, send a brief e-mail, or hook up via video-conferencing to have a meeting of the minds? Yes and no. It's a communications paradox...Faster is not all the time better.

So the better query may be, how can we make the best of both worlds - technology and face-to-face, people-to-people connections?

Just as fashions are redesigned and come back with a inequity on a style from days-gone- by, I believe it is time for redesigning and revitalizing face-to-face (P2P) transportation skills.

We need to get the equilibrium right! People-to-people (P2P) transportation skills remain one of the primary success factors in business, even in this age of technology. There are many situations - often those exciting conflict, hurt feelings, high priority, or a large sum of money - that query firm citizen take the time and problem to get in the same room to share information. Video-conferencing has become a good simulation and cost-effective formula when individuals are in remote locations, but there is still no substitute for good, old-fashioned, face-to-face communication.

Don't take my word for it...Let's take a look at what some of the experts are saying.

Tom Peters, internationally known firm guru, says without reservation that you should constantly attend to your face-to-face communication. Not to do so, will lead to vocation disaster. "We believe in high tech, high touch," Peters writes. "No question, technology is the Great Enabler. But, paradoxically, now the human bit is more, not less, prominent than ever before."

Sheila Hodge, author of Global Smarts: The Art of Communicating and Deal manufacture anywhere in the World, says "The contemporary office is full of gadgets - Computers and the Internet, uplinks and downlinks, videoconferencing, and online databases. Many citizen think they should let the fancy technology cope the messy task of interfacing with people."

Jo-Ellan Dimitrius, in her book Reading People, talks about how young, technically oriented employees tend to recapitulate mostly in Computer chat rooms. "If you want to become a better communicator, you must make a conscious attempt to engage other citizen (in person)," she writes. "Even the most entrenched Internet junkie can learn the true meaning of 'chat' if the desire is there, but you have to get off the couch and make it happen."

Gary McClain and Deborah Romaine in their book, The everything Managing citizen Book, put it this way..."Consistent, daily face-to-face transportation promotes more than just good feelings; it also promotes effective and collaborative teamwork."

"One of the most primary areas of transportation to get right in firm is the one-on-one situations - especially gift advice, constructive feedback, and yearly doing appraisals," says Chris Roebuck in effective Communication.

One of my beloved quotes stated very naturally by Margaret Wheatley, Turning to One Another: easy Conversations to Restore Hope for the Future, says "I can believe we can convert the world if we start talking to one another again."

Sounds like we're on to something here...So, what can you do? Start out by taking an honest look at your transportation methods and your attitude about technology vs. (P2P) face-to-face interaction. Are you e-mailing more and meeting less for financial reasons? Are you avoiding human palpate mostly because of a lack of interpersonal skills? If the latter is true, you need to take action before it's too late.

The next time you are tempted to send an e-mail, text message or make a phone call for other than routine purposes, stop! Get back to basics. Go out of your comfort zone and, instead, send the e-mail, text message or make the call to set up a face-to-face, in person meeting with the person behind the technology! Why? Because it works!

Make the people-to-people connections... You and your firm will be glad you did!

A unavoidable Workplace Means Business! Tm

Tenderloin Medallions With Marchand De Vin and Blueberries

Tenderloin Medallions With Marchand De Vin and Blueberries

The tip of a whole beef-tenderloin is the narrow section left after fillets and chateaubriand have been sliced off. Sliced and flattened slightly, the tip makes itsybitsy medallions for this dish. It takes less than a itsybitsy to sear the medallions that will be smothered in this kicked-up classic French sauce. The incommunicable to this sauce is to use a good red wine like a Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon for the reduction. Any wine fit to drink is fit to cook in a sauce but some are good than others. The Merlot with its fruity tones pAirs well with the acidity of the sweet blueberries. The subtle flavors of roasted shallots and garlic, and sauteed earthy mushrooms equilibrium the fruit flavor and allow the robust steak flavor to come through.

Serve this dish over fettuccine, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf or spaghetti squash.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
o 3 shallots, unpeeled
o 6 garlic cloves, unpeeled
o 1 Tbsp olive oil, divided

o Juice from seared medallions
o 1 Tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped and 2 sprigs for garnish
o Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
o 1 Tbsp cold butter to bind sauce

Method:
1. Place shallots and garlic in a small ovenproof pan or dish. Drizzle with 1 tsp of olive oil. Roast at 350° F. For 15 minutes or until tender. Take off from pan and cool to touch.
2. Peel shallots and mince. Squeeze garlic cloves to excerpt flesh and mince.
3. Sauté mushrooms in butter and 1 tsp olive oil until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
4. Add shallots and garlic, saute for 2 minutes, add wine and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cut wine by one-third.
5. Add blueberries and cook over medium heat until berries burst, about 6 minutes.
6. Salt and pepper medallions of beef on both sides. Sear medallions in a non-stick skillet with 1 tsp olive oil over medium high heat for 15-30 seconds each side. Take off from pan and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes. (A well seasoned flat grill may be used instead of a non-stick skillet.)
7. Pour juices from the plate of meat into the sauce, add tarragon and salt and pepper to taste. gently swirl 1 Tbsp butter into sauce to bind it. ReplaceMent the meat medallions to the sauce and spoon the sauce over the meat.

Keep Fruit Fresh Longer

Keep Fruit Fresh Longer

Having ripe, succulent fruit around is an integral part of wholesome eating and few Foods taste good or are good for you! either it's a crisp apple, a tender raspberry or a delicious, juicy peach, fresh fruit is a condition Food that everybody loves. Having said that, buying fruit might be discouraging sometimes because it swiftly ripens and grows mold, but there are a estimate of ways to keep fruit fresh and part of your daily diet.

To preclude fresh fruit from discoloring, first peel and cut the fruit. Then fill a large bowl with about a quart of water and add a two vitamin C pills (crushed) or a spoonful of salt, then dip the fruit in the water. Tossing the fruit in lemon juice also works.

If one piece begins to go bad remove it immediately, it will make the other fruit spoil Faster. Check usually to make sure all of your fruit is good.

Don't wash your fruit until it is ready to serve, this will help to preclude mold growth.

Try to keep apples away from other fruits because apples release a great deal of ethylene gas that stimulates the ripening of other produce.

Fruit should be stored in the strict place: strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, etc. Should be kept in the crisper bin in the bottom of your refrigerator. Fruits such as oranges, bananas, peaches and pears should be kept away from direct sunlight at constant room temperature.

Here are some suggestions on where to store fresh fruit:

Cherries, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, rhubarb, blueberries, figs, blackberries, elderberries, boysenberries and all varieties of currants should go straight into the fridge, they have already ripened and will stay fresh longer when they are refrigerated.

Oranges, apples, tangerines, grapefruit, watermelon, limes, lemons and pomegranates will last a puny longer if refrigerated, but they can stay out without a problem, it is also easier to peel citrus fruits if they are kept at room temperature.

Bananas, peaches, all varieties of melons, pears, pineapple, avocados, kiwi, apricots, plantains, guava, nectarines, passion fruit, papayas, mangos and plums should be kept out of the refrigerator until they are fully ripened, if they are refrigerated before they are ripe they will not be as flavorful, nor will their texture be as good. Bananas should never be refrigerated.

Storing your fruit properly will not only expand their life, but they will stay at their peak of Food and taste better.

Blueberry Harvesting Methods: By Hand, Shaking and Catching and motor Picking

Blueberry Harvesting Methods: By Hand, Shaking and Catching and motor Picking

1.) Picking by hand

Blueberry picking is an enjoyable way to harvest blueberries. Look for good ripe blueberries. A good blueberries skin should not be cracked and it should be firm blue and round, blue. They won't get any sweeter after picking. To pick blueberries cup your hand under the bunch of blueberries and naturally effort to roll them off the branch into your hand using your thumb. Then put the blueberries in your bucket. If it doesn't come off easily, it's probably not ripe yet so just move on. Some blueberries at a time using this procedure and most of the berries that are not ready will stay on the stem. About 40 to 50 percent of blueberries grown commercially are hand-picked.

Blueberry picking tool:

Using a blueberry rake can make picking go much Faster. A blueberry rake is a flat toothed instruMent used to pull the berries from the plant without damaging the plant. Using a Hubbard rake is much Faster than doing the same thing by hand. These are man-made by the Hubbard Rake Co. In Jonesport, Maine 04649.

Hand harvesting blueberries has been estimated to require up to 550 worker-hours per acre and in 2011 costs around .00 per pound. Labor costs are projected to rise while blueberry prices are improbable to drop. As the blueberry commerce expands nationally seeing sufficient hand picking laborers during the peak harvest season may come to be a problem.

2.) U-Pick

U-pick is done by hand by customers who come to the farm for that purpose. They carry their blueberries in a bucket or other container. Some time a rope is put on the bucket so it can hang over their shoulder or around a person's neck. An excellent container can assuredly be made by using a 1 gallon plastic milk bottle and cutting off the upper part of the front side and top, making sure the handle part is left on. From a farmers perspective u-picking may be the most profitable alternative. However you must carry primary liability assurance in case of an unforeseen accident.

3.) Shaking and Catching (blueberry fruit catch frame)

There are blueberry fruit catch frames that are made to roll under the blueberry bushes to secure the blueberries when the branches are shaken. The branches or stems can be slowly tapped with a rubber hand-held hose to shake off the ripe blueberries. You can also use an electric or Air driven mechanical vibrator to shake the branches. If you get too many green blueberries shaken off it means you're tapping too hard! Using such a simple, hand-operated, wheeled rolling catch frame you can harvest a heavily loaded large bearing plant in just a short time. When you want to empty the frame the frame that is now full of blueberries it is tilted on its wheels back so that ripe fruit rolls to a rear flap which is opened so that the berries fall right into the container. The blueberries can then slowly run over an inclined Blower and belt to remove any trash.

You can solve the hot weather picking blues of long hours in the field picking blueberries using this method. You can then offer your U-Pick customers fresh-picked blueberries at sell prices! These blueberry fruit catch frames were the predecessors of today's mechanical harvesting systems. They were widely used in the 1950s and often used hand-held vibrators power-driven using batteries or compressed Air to take off fruit. As discussed above the fruit was caught in a canvas-covered catching structure positioned under the plant. Such a simple principles is incredibly efficient reducing the harvest cost by 55% and reducing harvest time by more than 200%. Blueberry fruit catch frames are now hard to find because commerce now make mechanical harvesting systems and have discontinued making the catch frames.

If you cannot find a commercially ready catch frame you can build your own by using a photo image of such a catch frame as shown on of blueberry croft's blueberry blog.

4.) Machine harvesting of blueberries

Harvesting blueberries using a engine is not a panacea. If the slope of the ground exceeds 10 percent it is difficult to harvest with a machine. Damage to the blueberries is greater than hand picking. In general, the expense of a self-propelled harvesting engine cannot be justified unless the blueberry producing acreage exceeds 10 acres.

Several factors have generated increased interest in using a engine to harvest of blueberries in up-to-date years, as mechanical harvesting technology has improved, and new labor regulations have come about and cost have increased. Not all fields are favorable for use of mechanical harvesters. Commonly at least 10 or wide rows are required and 25-foot turnaround places at the end of rows are needed for the moveMent of motorized harvesters. Blueberries for the fresh market have a short shelf-life when they are engine harvested. Therefore blueberries harvested by engine needs to be sold quickly. The shelf life is typical shorter than hand-picked blueberries.

Perhaps the most severe drawback to using mechanical harvesters is this process can cause the damage to the blueberries. Blueberries can be naturally bruised by impact resulting from a vertical fall during any step in the process of mechanical harvesting. If the height of a drop onto a hard outside exceeds 6 inches ample bruising can occur to ripe blueberries. The number of damage is related to the length the blueberries fall. Bruised blueberries are also branch to sustaining more decay during storage after harvest.

Today harvesting by engine is about 10 times Faster than a typical person using a hand rake swiping it straight through the shrubs over and over all day. About 10 years ago 20 percent blueberries were harvested using mechanical equipMent. Today about 80 percent of growers with large fields of blueberries use machinery to replace hand pickers because it's cheaper.

Itp Blood Disorder - Boost Your Low Platelet Count With These Natural Foods

Itp Blood Disorder - Boost Your Low Platelet Count With These Natural Foods

Want to know how you can treMendously boost your low platelet count? Would you like to boost your platelets from 40,000 to 90,000? Or maybe your platelets are slightly under around the 90,000 and 100 thousand and would like a diminutive boost to increase them to the normal 150,000 or more. Well read on and find out how this goal is possible for many by just eating inevitable Foods that will greatly improve your low platelets.

Is this goal de facto possible? Buy reading this report you will find that inevitable Foods found in your local supermarket can let you achieve this goal. But first you de facto need to know which Foods can make your question worse by aggravating your Itp disorder.

So that you can understand how these foods may help you, you need to understand first the distinct mechanisms by which the body destroys or reduces your platelets.

1. They are destroyed by your spleen

2. Platelets are destroyed by your immune system

3. Platelets are not being produced in enough quantities in your bone marrow

4. Platelets are oxidized in the body by free radicals. Free radicals are abnormal toxic oxygen molecules

By stopping one of these mechanisms in your body you can greatly sell out the whole of platelets being destroyed and have more to spare for normal body functions. I am going to show you how to use your foods to interfere with mechanism whole 4.

By shutting down the fourth mechanism Mentioned you can boost your low platelet count in a few months. But you need to know about the bad foods first. These are the foods that will de facto make your Itp blood disorder worse.

These are some of the major foods to avoid:

1. All types of greasy foods

2. Stay away from mayonnaise and hydrogenated fats such as margarine

3. Also stay away from all fried foods high in trans fats

4. Avoid excess protein

5. Avoid sugar and processed starches such as white flour

Increase your platelets with these foods

These foods are the ones you need to increase in your daily meals. Consume more foods while they are fresh. And I de facto mean fresh. You should eat a large quantum of raw foods on a daily basis. At least 3-4 fruits and 2 large green salads. They are high in substances known as phytonutrients.

Super foods such as as berries, pomegranate, blueberries are great fruits that will boost your low platelet count levels. Probably not good to use these if you have very low platelets. But as long as your platelets are higher than 40,000 or 60,000 they are safe and beneficial. Always check yourself to see if your platelet levels are around this range. Eat on a daily basis 1 cup of blueberries.

At least one large salad a day, but two is much better. Drink green juices made of romaine, carrots, cabbage, some wheat grass and an apple. These should be mixed.

A small dose of gamma vitamin E is also helpful. Do not take a dose higher than 100 Iu per day.

If you improve your condition in normal your low platelet count will increase and you will improve your Itp disorder.

Be patient and give it a few months.

Type 2 Diabetes - Chocolate and Cholesterol!

Type 2 Diabetes - Chocolate and Cholesterol!

Finally there is good news for chocolate-loving Type 2 diabetics. Eating chocolate with high polyphenol article might help preclude heart attacks! The results of a study designed to contemplate the sway of chocolate consumption on cholesterol, inflammation, weight and blood sugar control in diabetics will be published in November, 2010 in the journal Diabetes Medicine.

Researchers at the University of Hull in the United Kingdom enrolled 12 Type 2 diabetics into the study. The volunteers were randomly assigned to receive 45 grams of chocolate either with or without polyphenols. After 16 weeks, Type 2 diabetics intriguing chocolate with polyphenols showed:

  • an increase in high-density lipoproteins
  • the good cholesterol, and
  • a decrease in total cholesterol, meaning that low-density cholesterol, or Ldl, was decreased

Weight, C-reactive protein (associated with inflammation), and blood sugar control stayed the same in these Type 2 diabetics. The volunteers who ate chocolate without polyphenols remained the same also. The researchers then accomplished that weight, inflammation, and blood sugar were unaffected by the high-polyphenol chocolate, but cholesterol was lowered.

According to the Hershey's people, chocolate, and specifically, the cocoa, or non-fat quantum of chocolate, is high in the same anti-oxidants found in many fruits, vegetables, tea and wine. This is not surprising when you comprehend that it comes from a plant. The anti-oxidants are the polyphenols Mentioned in the study above. While intriguing unlimited amounts of chocolate products, especially those high in added fats and sugar, is clearly not salutary chocolate or cocoa can help the body to fix itself and heal the damage from molecules called free radicals.

The National found of condition in Washington Dc, United States, defines a free radical as a molecule or ion with a free electron, which makes it very reactive and capable of stealing electrons from other molecules. Most free radicals contain at least one atom of oxygen. They are implicated in tissue damage callused by radiation, environMental chemicals and aging. Anti-oxidants such as polyphenols receive the extra oxygen with its extra electron, preventing the free radical from doing damage to the body's other molecules.

When buying chocolate products, check the label for the polyphenol content. Again, according to Hersheys.com:

  • dark chocolate has a slightly higher antioxidant article than blueberries
  • cocoa has slightly less anti-oxidant article than blueberries but rates higher than pecans, cranberries, cherries, walnuts, raspberries and prunes
  • milk chocolate ranks lower than those Foods already mentioned, but is still higher in anti-oxidants than red grapes, almonds and raisins

Discuss with your physician or nutritionist how to make a moderate consumption of chocolate or cocoa a part of a salutary diet that will help to keep bad cholesterol levels down.

keeping Young Eating Anti-Aging Blueberries

keeping Young Eating Anti-Aging Blueberries

One of my families beloved summer camping memories dates to when we found our tents pitched next to a small blueberry patch. Not only was the patch small so were the blueberries, but not their taste. Sumptuous may be the best term to divulge the flavor of the wild blueberry pancakes we all wolfed down with glee.

The taste and fun of eating our own wild picked berries was memorable, and wee did we realize then that we were giving our bodies as well as our taste buds a treat.

Blueberries, it turns out, are one of the healthiest Foods you can eat. They are packed with a wide range of micro-nutrients that not only safe the body from disease, but are also believed to posses anti-aging abilities.

High Antioxidant Value

Blueberries along with plums and strawberries have the top total anti-oxidant properties of any Food. They have been called super fruits. Their anti oxidant properties help neutralize free radicals that are created by the bodies own natural processes as well as fight those absorbed by the body as toxins from the environMent colse to us.

While most of this work is done invisibly at the molecular level within each of the billions of cells that make up your body, the net results appears to be one of increased longevity of cells and the organs they make up. The net result is a healthier body, and a less run down one. In other words, they help you look, feel and stay younger than you might otherwise.

Blueberries include 14 mg or Vitamin C and 0.8 mg Vitamin E per 1 cup of blueberries. These vitamins are vital to your bodies war against free radicals. But blueberries also include lesser known anti-oxidants such as anthocyanins and phenolics.

Neuron Protection

The blend anthocyanin is understanding to slow down age-related loss in Mental capacity of the brain in humans. Population who tend to eat more blueberries are understanding to have great functioning motor behavior learning and memory.

Anthocyanin is the component that gives blueberries their color and are understanding to be the key factor of the blueberry's breathtaking antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Tests with rats by Tufts University researcher, James Joseph showed vital definite effects to equilibrium and coordination for test groups that were feed a blueberry rich diet. A similar group feed a strawberry enhanced diet also did well, however the blueberry diet did the best.

Dr. Joseph believes the benefits stem from yet another set of micro nutrients called flavonoids, a phytochemical that seems to have vital impact on cell membranes.

These studies advise that blueberries and similar Foods may be useful to those suffering poor equilibrium and coordination linked to aging.

Prevention of Disease

A serving of blueberries provides a relatively low glycemic load while providing a diverse range of nutrients.

This also means there are fewer calories (good news for calorie-Watchers) in a serving full of phytochemicals and nutrients such as iron, vitamins C and E. Because of the phytochemicals present, the risk of developing a variety of degenerative diseases may also be prevented.

Specifically, the Anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins, flavonols, and tannins found in blueberries may help prevent cancer by inhibiting some cancer mechanisms. These components safe the Dna in each of your cells from damage and/or the disintegration caused by free radicals.

At a discussion on berry condition benefits, a variety of reports advise that eating blueberries and other similar fruits like cranberries may heighten the cognitive deterioration occurring in Alzheimer's disease and other conditions of aging. It is also believed that Blueberries may help lower the damages of stroke.
